Booking Policy
Occupancy
- Rate includes 2 persons per room
- Each room can accommodate 1 extra bed at IDR 350,000 with breakfast
- 1 additional adult allowed with IDR 350,000 surcharge for extra bed and breakfast
- 2 children ages 6–12 allowed with IDR 350,000 surcharge
- Children under 6 stay and eat free using existing bedding
- Maximum 1 baby cot per room — infants and cot free of charge
Modification & Cancellation
- No deposit required at time of booking
- Modifications subject to hotel availability and any additional charges
- Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival — no penalty
- Cancellation within 5 days or no-show: 25% of full-length reservation charged
- Reservations after check-in cannot be cancelled or modified
- Failure to check-out after first night without notice cancels the remainder
Taxes & Additional Charges
- 10% Government Tax included in total reservation
